Love isn't cancelled.
Jenny contacted me looking for a photographer to document her upcoming elopement in Paso, and ya'll know I was SO in! Like so many other couples, Covid-19 restrictions threw their initial wedding plans out the window, so they opted for an elopement at Croad Winery. I hadn't visited the tasting room in years, but knew that it offered some amazing views!
I arrived a little earlier than they did, so I walked around admiring the place. It was even better than I remember, and I immediately kicked myself for not visiting again, sooner.
The two exchanged vows beneath a large arch, permanent to the property, that frames a gorgeous backdrop of vineyard lined hills. It was just the four of us... Jenny, Hector, the officiant, and me, a true elopement, and maybe the most romantic thing in all of 2020. Thinking back on it, I still can't get over Hector's nervous smile or Jenny's gorgeous, silky, dress!
