Meet Marlaina
Hey, I'm the lady behind the camera!
For as long as I can remember, I've been obsessed with taking photos. I was the kid that always had one of those disposable cameras on hand, and then replaced those with digital cameras. In 2011 I talked myself into buying a BIG GIRL Camera, and never looked back! Almost a decade later, here I am, still shooting away.
Let's get personal...
I'm the luckiest mom ever, to a sassy four year old. She keeps me on my toes, from sleeping in, and my camera out of it's bag!
For me, the road to mamahood was a long and bumpy one, so I know how important it is to soak it all in, enjoy the little things, and capture all the memories we never want to forget!
The journey also has me determined to fill my little one’s life with adventure, joy, and a whole lotta love. That determination is what pushed me to let go of my day job and pursue photography full time after she was born.
I’m a big fan of road trips, iced lattes, and buying more plants than I have room for in my house!
Seriously, ask my husband…
When I’m not capturing your memories you can find me making my own- Hanging out by a river, up in the mountains, or with my toes in the sand, on the central coast- Probably sipping all the wine I can get my lips on! If any of that sounds fun to you, we will probably become best friends!
